**Nutrition Tool Kit Update**
The P-6 Nutrition Tool Kits are now available for teacher's to borrow through the HRSB Library.  The Nutrition Tool Kit can be used to support primary to grade six teachers in providing nutrition education supporting the P-6 health curriculum.  The toolkits consist of two parts; an Interactive Food Display presentation and grade specific resource binders.  The Interactive Food Display presentation guides teachers in educating their students about healthy choices, while showing them visually how much sugar and fat are contained in commonly purchased foods.  The grade specific resource binders contain lesson plans that are linked to nutrition related health outcomes.
